RC6

The all new fully automatic, low profile RC6 series is designed with the smaller, trailer boat market in mind. Suitable for boats from 15 foot through to 25 foot, the RC6’s inline vertical gearbox and motor enable a quick and easy install for the DIY boat owner.  The RC6 deck assembly is made from marine grade stainless steel and features Maxwells unique “wave design” chain wheel suitable for 6/7mm(1/4”)  short link chain, spliced to 12mm (1/2”) plait rope. The inexpensive, high performance and great looking RC6 is designed and built for durability and years of trouble free use.

RC8

The stainless steel RC8 Series of automatic rope/chain windlasses are designed to effortlessly retrieve and deploy combination chain /rope anchor or all chain rodes. Manufactured from marine grade stainless steel the RC8 is designed for long term durability. Maxwell’s unique “wave design” chain wheel combined with a heavy duty stainless steel pressure arm provides an unparalleled level of grip and performance. The simple 2 piece design is easy to install and the cone type clutch/brake mechanism permits manual “free fall” anchoring. A manual override using the emergency crank handle is provided.

The RC8 is available in two model sizes, in 12 or 24volt with the option of a rope capstan.

RC8-6 automatically handles ¼” (6/7mm) short link chain spliced to ½” (12mm) rope and is suited to boat up to 27foot in length.

RC8-8 automatically handles 5/16”(8mm) short link chain spliced to 14mm(9/16”) or 16mm(5/8”) rope  and is suited to boats up to 45 feet in length.

RC10

RC10-8 automatically handles 5/16”(8mm) short link chain spliced to 9/16” (14mm) or 5/8” (16mm) rope and is suited to boat up to 40 foot in length.

RC10-10 automatically handles 3/8” (10mm) short link chain spliced to 16mm (5/8”) rope  and is suited to boats up to 52 feet in length.
