HRC6 & HRC8
Maxwell’s all new HRC Series of automatic rope/chain horizontal windlasses are designed to effortlessly retrieve and deploy combination chain /rope or all chain anchor rodes. Now incorporating Maxwell’s automatic free fall technology, the HRC’s attractive above deck design encapsulates the motor and drive in a water tight, hard anodised, marine grade alloy case.
Maxwell’s unique “wave design” stainless steel chain wheel combined with a proven and patented pressure arm system provides an unparalleled level of grip and performance, guaranteeing trouble free rode transition from rope to chain.
The HRC series winches are available in two models, in 12 or 24volt.
HRC6
Offering a maximum pull of 270kg, the HRC6 automatically handles 6mm/7mm (1/4”) short link chain spliced to 12mm (1/2”) rope and is suited to boat up to 35 foot in length.
HRC8
Offering a maximum pull of 410kg, the HRC8 automatically handles 8mm (5/16”) short link chain spliced to 14mm (1/2”) or 16mm (5/8”) rope and is suited to boat up to 45 foot.
